Customer complaint
What the customer noticed
A traveler passing through Johnson City could not safely unhitch his Airstream because the power tongue jack had failed. He also reported a small water leak beneath the kitchen sink.
Diagnostic findings
What inspection and testing revealed
The tongue jack had failed and required replacement. Inspection of the sink plumbing found that a cone seal was missing from the connection, allowing water to leak beneath the sink.
